Service Desk Analyst

Manufactur is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our growing Service Desk team, working closely with clients in the CPG space. This role is all about Client Impact—helping brands understand how their sites and campaigns are performing, guiding them toward meaningful improvements, and ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients on analytics and strategy, delivering clear, actionable reports, and making thoughtful recommendations to improve their websites and ecommerce performance. This role combines relationship management, analytics insight, and process-minded project management to keep client accounts healthy, results-focused, and moving forward.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on analytics and impact reporting.
  • Conduct regular client calls to review results, discuss new opportunities, and understand client goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through clear, proactive communication.
  • Create, manage, and present clear monthly impact reports with key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively suggest site improvements, optimizations, and campaigns based on analytics findings.
  • Track and manage ongoing strategy projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with client goals.
  • Design and manage email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain organized updates in our internal project management system, keeping the team aligned on client needs and progress.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project management, ideally within a digital agency or ecommerce environment.
  • Experience with CPG brands
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build client trust through clear, professional interactions.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, HotJar, etc.) and the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Comfortable implementing and analyzing email campaigns using tools like Klaviyo.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and a strong sense of organization and follow-through.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify) and an understanding of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing principles is a plus.

 



Position

UX/IA & Web Designer

Our studio is looking for a hybrid role, someone that is responsible for both the architecture of a site as well as the design as a way to maintain scope and continuity within our web builds. This hybrid role extends beyond conventional UX responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in both the front-end and back-end capabilities, having gained this knowledge through close collaboration with UX, Development, and E-commerce teams. A deep understanding of industry UX standards and continuous adaptation to these is essential.

The role also involves comprehensive web design duties. Applicants must have expert-level skills in Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, and exhibit fluency in the visual language of modern web and app design, with a mobile-first mindset. A strong background in typography is crucial. This position requires a team player who can excel within a small team structure, contributing to innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement and experience. No coding skills are required, but a comprehensive understanding of digital design principles is essential.

With that being said, we truly believe in a work-life balance. Years ago we switched to the 4 day work week and never looked back. Responsibilities

  • Design and modify site structure to improve the overall user experience and optimize IA–
  • Plan and work closely with development team to implement site builds and initial site recommendations or advise on more complex issues based on user experience
  • Establish benchmarks for success at the beginning of projects and ways to measure success post-project
  • Organize and analyze research findings for a better understanding of user insight
  • Create full sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for websites in Sketch or Figma
  • Create full website designs in Sketch or Figma for websites
  • Creating spec sheets for development and design teams to completely understand functionality and visual requirements
  • Familiarize yourself with the limitations and possibilities of frontend and backend development
  • Clearly outline content needs for team for apps, imagery, and copy
  • Maintain website scope/budgets within the site framework

 

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of combined experience in web design and UX/IA.
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer, IA Designer, and/or web designer.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects showcasing proficiency in wire-framing, prototyping, and UX analysis.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce design requirements and approaches
  • Familiarity with user research techniques and analysis.
  • Deep understanding of responsive and mobile first design methodology.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch and Figma and other prototyping tools.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the capabilities of web browsers is a huge plus.




Position

Junior Project Manager – Service Desk

Our Service Desk team helps these brands thrive long after launch—by managing analytics, updates, campaigns, and improvements with care and consistency.

The Junior Project Manager will play a key supporting role on our Service Desk team. This position is ideal for someone who’s organized, proactive, and excited to learn how to manage client accounts in a digital agency environment. You’ll work closely with senior Service Desk team members to track tasks, keep projects on schedule, and ensure clients receive thoughtful communication and smooth delivery.

This is a training-ground role with room to grow into a full Project Manager as you deepen your understanding of client relationships, analytics, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Desk team by tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for multiple client accounts.
  • Prepare agendas and notes for client calls, ensuring action items are documented and followed up on.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining monthly impact reports and presentations for clients.
  • Keep our internal project management tools (Notion and Trello) organized and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and strategists to move tasks forward and remove blockers.
  • Provide timely, professional responses to client emails and requests.
  • Learn to manage small, well-scoped client tasks and communications under the guidance of senior team members.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a digital agency, ecommerce environment, or similar (internships and part-time experience welcome).
  • Excellent organizational skills with a knack for follow-through.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • A proactive mindset: curious, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
  • Familiarity with Notion and Trello, or other project management tools.
  • An interest in Shopify, analytics, and marketing (hands-on experience is a plus).
