We partnered with Biologica, founded by Joey and Liz Zwillinger (Allbirds), to build a custom Shopify Plus experience that blends premium design with performance-driven eCommerce. As a brand focused on stage-specific supplements for women, Biologica required more than just a beautiful storefront; they needed a site that could drive conversion, education, and community engagement across the entire customer journey.

From the outset, our approach centered on scalable architecture, CRO-informed UX, and a visual language that communicated both clinical credibility and warmth. We developed a fully custom subscription system, optimized for seamless quarterly reorders and high retention. This flexible setup allowed for clear, lifestage-based product education while encouraging longer-term commitment, key to both customer results and LTV growth.

The build also included a robust community hub, an interactive quiz funnel, and a comprehensive ingredient glossary, transforming the site into a knowledge base for women navigating hormonal health. Every section was designed with storytelling and search in mind, supporting Biologica’s mission to replace fragmented supplement routines with a single, trusted solution.

The result is a high-converting Shopify Plus site that feels as thoughtful and intentional as the formulas themselves, balancing clean editorial design with the rigor of custom-coded logic and data integrations built for scale.
