Manufactur partnered with Purely Elizabeth to redesign and optimize their Shopify Plus site with a clear goal: increase subscriptions while supporting a rapidly growing DTC, content, and wholesale business on a single, scalable platform.

We began with a robust Shopify Plus UX and information architecture redesign focused on simplifying product discovery, clarifying benefits, and strengthening subscription flows. The new structure makes it easier for customers to understand product differences, explore flavors and formats, and commit to recurring purchases. To support personalization and higher average order value, we designed and built a custom bundle builder that allows customers to mix and match products across multiple product lines.

Brand storytelling played a central role in the redesign. We infused the site with founder-led content and editorial layouts that bring Elizabeth’s story, values, and philosophy to life, transforming the website into a true brand hub. The platform now supports Purely Elizabeth’s expanding podcast, editorial, and media presence, seamlessly integrating content with commerce.

Following launch, Manufactur continued as a long-term Shopify Plus partner, supporting ongoing CRO and A/B testing. We iteratively tested PDP layouts, subscription messaging, flavor and variant presentation, and cross-sell strategies, making continuous improvements that increased engagement and conversion over time.

We also implemented a robust wholesale and foodservice portal using Shopify Plus B2B functionality, enabling retail and foodservice partners to self-serve while keeping all channels unified under one system.

The result is a high-performance Shopify Plus ecosystem that drives subscription growth, strengthens brand connection, and supports Purely Elizabeth’s DTC, media, and wholesale businesses as they scale.
