Pete & Gerry’s is a category leader with a strong point of view on animal welfare, transparency, and food ethics. As the brand ecosystem grew to include Pete & Gerry’s and sister brand Nellie’s, the team needed a more flexible, scalable platform to support content, storytelling, and marketing across both brands without duplicating effort.

Manufactur partnered with Pete & Gerry’s to migrate their digital platform from Contentful to Shopify, using Shopify as a powerful CMS and product catalog rather than a traditional e-commerce storefront. We designed and built a custom brand platform theme that could be skinned and adapted for multiple brands, allowing Pete & Gerry’s and Nellie’s to launch two distinct websites with shared underlying architecture. This approach streamlined development, reduced maintenance overhead, and created a consistent foundation for future growth.

Beyond the platform build, Pete & Gerry’s partnered with Manufactur on an ongoing service desk retainer. During this phase, we supported marketing initiatives, content production, and campaign execution across web, social, and email. Our team also helped spearhead content for Pete & Gerry’s high-profile primetime collaboration with Major League Baseball, ensuring brand consistency and strong storytelling across channels.
