Bored Cow isn’t just another milk, it’s animal-free dairy made by microflora, with the same taste and nutrition as traditional milk but without the environmental footprint. To launch something this groundbreaking, the brand needed more than packaging, they needed a whole universe.

We partnered with the Bored Cow team to create that universe from the ground up. Our work spanned naming, brand strategy, identity design, and a fully realized cast of cow characters that bring the concept to life. In collaboration with illustrator Kati Perez, we defined a visual world that’s bright, minimal, and instantly recognizable, blending nostalgic charm with a forward-thinking, planet-friendly vibe.

On the packaging side, each flavor takes on the personality of its character through color, illustration, and tone, balancing clear communication of a new-to-market product with kid-friendly energy and shelf appeal. The result is a bold, joyful, narrative-rich brand world that makes a complex innovation feel friendly, fun, and accessible.
