When Skrillex came to us for a new website, he had a vision that blended the nerd-core elements of early internet aesthetics with modern web functionality. Given these parameters, we designed a website that melded the best of both worlds, creating a fun, friendly hub for all things Skrillex.

Services: DesignWeb

The Skrillex website merges the aesthetics and nostalgia of Web 1.0 with modern web practices on a completely custom Tumblr theme. The Tour Photos section utilizes a custom WordPress theme, also designed by Manufactur.

Skrillex Downloads

The Skrillex downloads site for Dirty Vibe was so successful, OWSLA asked us to make a permanent home for these release campaigns, each limited to 200 downloads, on their site. Built on the Wordpress CMS, the track player pulls from SoundCloud API, making the site easy to update and reskin for every release.

Album Art

Ever prolific, Skrillex is constantly creating new music, releasing EPs, and collaborating with other artists. With the remix albums for Skrill's latest LP, we put a face to a name and created artwork for both releases.

Full Flex Microsite

The Full Flex Express Tour is a unique concept, putting a variety of performers on a train touring across Canada. We were tapped to create the tour microsite as well as much of the promo material.

The site had to both look great and function on mobile so visitors could quickly get info about artists, find dates, and purchase tickets.

Fall Tour Promo

To support his massive 2014 Fall Tour, Skrillex wanted digital content that was funny and super-shareable. We created a huge content pack of videos, gifs and images that riff on internet culture.
