When Mark and Jonnie Houston asked us to do the branding for their first restaurant, it was impossible to say no. And this place, like many Houston Brothers venues, has history–the current bar space was a barbershop some 90 years ago. The meat-centric, strictly seasonal menu and classic space of this American bistro gave use plenty of inspiration when designing the seamlessly branded website, logo and menus.
Butchers and Barbers is a beautiful historic space that is focused on intimate dining experiences. The website is designed to reflect the Butchers and Barbers’ physical aesthetic while making navigation to essentials as quick and easy as possible. Built on WordPress, the site is easy to maintain and update and features custom styled Open Table widget integration.
The site was designed with mobile in mind, allowing possible patrons to quickly view menu offerings, specials and make reservations on the go.
